Terrance and Allonda Hawkins

High School/Worship Pastors

Terrance Hawkins is a native of Winston-Salem and is the proud husband of Allonda Hawkins. He has been serving in the city for the past 5 years through evangelism, youth ministry, and as a worship leader. He now is the High School Pastor at Winston-Salem First and has a passion to see the Gospel bear great fruit among the high school students of Winston-Salem and abroad. (Acts 4:13)

Austin Bailey

Junior High Pastor

 Austin attended FACS here in Winston-Salem from the grades K-8, and moved on to attend Mount Tabor High School.  At 13 years old he knew the Lord was calling him into vocational ministry but, he had to wait until undergraduate studies to begin to pursue a theological education. He is well acquainted with the culture within which he now ministers, and is excited about the theological discipline high school students can receive at WS 9th: the best option for higher learning after middle school. 

 He received his BS in Church Ministries/Theology from Southeastern University in 2008. WSF is home to his teaching and training disciples in the middle school arena. Currently he is focused on the holistic development of adolescents (mind, body, soul) and pursuing a Masters of Divinity through Regent University. WSF is home for years to come and he looks to solidify the voice of young teens for the Lord among the communities of this city.
