High School Pastors
Ariel and Jordan serve the high school students of Winston Salem First with one goal in mind: to make disciples. Together they lead Ember High School, alongside a team of young adults, with a heart for students in creating moments and spaces for the high school students of WSF to experience God for themselves not just once a week but every moment of every day. Ariel and Jordan joined the WSF student department in 2012 as interns on staff. After they were married in 2016, they stepped into the responsibility of pastoring full time and today use their platform to craft a social curriculum for spiritual growth based on the principles of discipleship as modeled in scripture. In 2018, Tucker Madeline Kelly was born and has since become the first toddler to join the Ember High School leadership team.
Prior to serving the students of WSFirst, Ariel worked in Early Childhood Education for Winston Salem Christian School. Jordan served as a Senior Marketing Director for Chick-fil-A, Inc. in Raleigh NC. Both Ariel and Jordan received their BA Degrees in Theology and Practical Ministry from Bridges Christian College in 2016.
