Ember Middle School is for students in the 6th, 7th and 8th grade who are looking for a place to belong – a place to call home during these in between years of life. We believe that every student should have a place where they can be a friend and make a friend. Every student should have a place to be heard and to listen. We believe that God sees us, that He knows us and that He desires for us to see and know Him. Come join us as we do life together through the study of God’s word and through relationships that are built to last.
Ember Wednesday Nights are devoted to God. The way we hang out, the way we worship, the way study together becomes the very essence of the way we live out our faith outside the walls of the church!!! We are here from 7pm to 8:30pm. FYI – You’re welcome to show up early and get in on a game of 9 Square in our pre-service area(central foyer).
Ember events are all about one thing. Relationship. Whether its around a fire or a movie screen – we know the importance of friendship and we desire for every student to find a group of friends to lean into.
Thought of the Week
September 12, 2021
God IS calling you. To what specific thing? Only He knows and in time that will be revealed to you. Are you seeking Him today? Do you desire Him above all other things in life, even your plans? If you want to know what your purpose is…. seek His heart first. His heart is this: That we would feed the hungry, that we would give shelter to the wanderer, that we would clothe the poor, that our good works would reflect His goodness in the world.
